AgenticReady Inc. (“AgenticReady,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides digital audit services, assessments, and downloadable reports. Because our Services involve custom analysis and the delivery of digital content, all purchases are subject to the refund policy below.

This Refund Policy forms part of, and should be read together with, our Terms of Service.

1. Refunds Before Delivery

If you request a refund before your audit report has been delivered, we will issue a full refund.

A report is considered not delivered if no secure download link or report access has been generated or sent.

Refund requests must be submitted by replying to your order confirmation email or by contacting us at hello@agenticready.ai.

2. No Refunds After Delivery

Once your audit report has been delivered — meaning a secure download link, portal access, or report file has been generated and made available — all sales are final and non-refundable.

Delivered reports are considered complete digital goods and services. No refunds, chargebacks, or reversals are permitted after delivery, regardless of whether the report has been downloaded, reviewed, or used.

3. Limited Exceptions (At Our Discretion)

In rare circumstances involving a material technical error or clearly incorrect order details (for example, the wrong website URL being audited due to a system error), AgenticReady Inc. may review refund requests on a case-by-case basis, at its sole discretion.

Approval of an exception does not create an obligation to issue future refunds under similar circumstances.

4. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed through our payment provider and are typically returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your financial institution.

All third-party payment processing fees are non-refundable and may be deducted from any approved refund where permitted by law.

5. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us may result in immediate suspension of access to Services and future purchases.

We reserve the right to dispute chargebacks that violate this Refund Policy or our Terms of Service.
